The Director General of the Development Bank appreciates the Cabinet’s decision to form the bank’s Board of Directors

Where His Excellency the Director General of the Social Development Bank, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al-Namlah, appreciated the decision of the Council of Ministers, in its session held on Shaaban 19, 1438 AH, to reconstitute the Board of Directors of the Social Development Bank for a period of (three) years.

His Excellency the Director General of the Social Development Bank, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al Namlah, appreciated the decision of the Council of Ministers, in its session held on 19 Shaaban 1438 AH, to reconstitute the Board of Directors of the Social Development Bank for a period of (three) years, headed by His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Social Development. The Director General of the Bank expressed his congratulations Sincerely, to His Excellency the Chairman of the Council and the members for this trust, which they deserve, with the qualifications and experience they possess, which will contribute, God willing, to the continuation of development work and improving performance in a way that achieves the aspirations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Highness the Crown Prince, and His Highness the Deputy Crown Prince, in achieving community development. Sustainable, stressing that the bank is moving steadily towards achieving its visions and implementing its strategy that serves the nation and the citizen on the economic and social levels . Asking God for help, success and payment for everyone .


The Council of Ministers decided to form the Board of Directors of the Social Development Bank for a period of (three) years, headed by His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Social Development and with the membership of :

1 - His Excellency Dr. Ghassan bin Ahmed Al-Sulaiman, representative of the Ministry of Trade and Investment
2 - Director General of the Social Development Bank
3- Tariq bin Abdullah Al-Shehaib, representative of the Ministry of Finance
4 - Engineer / Majid bin Saad Al-Osaimi, representative of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development
5 - Dr. Khaled bin Ibrahim Aba Al-Khail, representative of the General Corporation for Technical and Vocational Training
6 - Dr. Fahd bin Ibrahim Al-Shathri, representative of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia
7 - Four people with competence and experience :
- Nabil bin Abdullah Al-Mubarak
– Engineer / Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al-Obaikan
- Dr. Abdul Raouf Muhammad Manna
- Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Rabdi
