Reset- It is financing that supports commercial franchise projects that attract brands within the Saudi market, with a financing ceiling of up to 4 million Saudi riyals.
- Franchise financing can be obtained for various sectors and specializations, except for the following activities:
- Insurance and brokerage.
- Selling watches, jewelry, gold and precious products.
- Selling and raising livestock.
- Agricultural products.
- Illegal activities
- Speculation-based activities
- Any activities agreed upon with other government funds through approved agreements or any official correspondence.
- Yes, it is required to pass a personal interview to obtain commercial franchise financing.
- Up to 8 years. The applicant cannot request financing for a (franchise) project under construction.
- A grace period of up to two years. The applicant can apply for only one trademark.
- Payment is made on a monthly basis. The applicant cannot obtain commercial franchise financing for more than one branch. Only one branch is allowed.
