  1. Check your message blacklist settings, if there are any contacts or phrases, it is better to remove them.
  2. Set the "Messages" app as the default app for sending and receiving messages.
  3. Check your available memory space; if it is full, it is better to delete some apps to free up space.
  4. Allow all permissions for the Messages app to work.
  5. Update the Messages app to the latest available version.
  6. Restart your device.
  7. Factory reset (last resort).

Open Settings, find Default apps, and select the messaging app as the default app.
