Objectives of opening a channel to report illegal
practices

In order to achieve the values of the Social Development Bank and the commitment of all the bank's employees towards the country and to confirm our performance of our duties with the highest standards of honesty, reliability and transparency in our dealings, a secure communication channel has been opened to report any suspicious practices or irregular or unethical behavior by the bank's employees, which may be practices involving the exploitation of job influence by bank employees, whether confirmed practices or under suspicion of their occurrence within the Social Development Bank, which we mention, for example, but not limited to: -

• Violation of regulations and legislation.

• Financial and administrative corruption.

• Requesting bribes / fraud / embezzlement from bank employees.

• Exploiting job influence .

Procedures for reporting violations
