Rescheduling and
Extension

An electronic service where the bank approves debt rescheduling by closing the existing loan and opening a new one without visiting the bank branches.

First step:
Clicking on the " Service " From the required electronic services page.
 
Second step:
Enter through the national unified access portal.
 
Step Three:
From the home page, click on the loan number you want to reschedule.

 

Step Four:
After the electronic services appear in the financing services, click on the Request to Reschedule icon.
 
Step 5:
After choosing the type of extension request, taking notes, and uploading documents, click on the (Upload Request) icon
 
Step Six:
The system will directly show the rescheduling request number to the customer on the orders and order status page.
