Excellence Loan

An electronic product offered by the Social Development Bank to support promising and new enterprises in Saudi Arabia. The product provides financing of up to 4 million ♦ for innovative or technical projects, with an investment cost of up to 12 million ♦ , a grace period of up to two years, and a repayment period of up to eight years with monthly installments, without the need to visit the bank’s branches.

Administrative fees are 7%, with the possibility of deducting fees from the original financing

The applicant's age ranges from 25 to 55 years.
A minimum of high school or its equivalent (except for health activities and industries, a bachelor's degree is required).
The applicant must have a minimum of three years of experience in the same field.
Commercial full-time It allows owning a partnership in an establishment other than the establishment to be financed.
Types of acceptable guarantees (real estate mortgage other than personal housing - finance and performance guarantor - guarantee third party - Company guarantee - Financial guarantee).
The ability to provide a guarantee with a coverage rate of no less than 100% of the financing amount.
Passing the personal interview.
Fill out the guarantee declaration form and provide supporting documents.
The self-contribution percentage is no less than 20%.
