The headquarters of the activity must be in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Valid commercial registration (for institutions and companies)
There are no financial defaults with commercial banks, finance companies, or any other financing body.
There is no delay in an existing loan with the Social Development Bank.
Passing the financial and technical standards

Commercial registry (for institutions and companies).
Memorandum of Association and another appendix in case of amendment, the partners’ decision, the Board of Directors’ decision, and the letter of the authorized signatory if the legal entity is a “company” (for institutions and companies)
Copy of the national ID of the owner or partners if the legal entity is a “company”.
Financial statements (for institutions and companies)
Saudization Certificate (Nitaqat Report) (for institutions and companies)
Provide a feasibility study if the financing is long-term.
Request additional documents: These are requested on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the client and the nature of the credit application.
