  • Financing starts from  18,000 ♦ up to  60,000 ♦

  • The repayment period is up to 4 years.
  • Payment is made monthly.
  • No administrative fees.
  • Exemption shall be in the event of death or total disability -God forbid- according to the terms of the insurance policy.

  • The applicant's age must not be less than 18 years and not more than 70 years.
  • The applicant's income must not exceed 14,500 ♦  
  • The applicant must have a home ownership document.
  • The house must not be less than 5 years old.
  • The land area of the building to be restored should not exceed 1,000 square metres.
  • The sponsor's age must not exceed 55 years.
  • If financing for renovation of the same property has previously been obtained; A period of no less than five years must have passed from the date of disbursement of the previous financing.

  • (Age groups over 60 and under 65 years): The maximum financing limit is 30,000 ♦ .
  • (Age groups over 65 and under 70 years): The maximum financing limit is 18,000 ♦ .

  • (Houses built of mud): The maximum financing limit is 18,000 ♦ .
  • (Popular homes): The maximum financing limit is 30,000 ♦ .
  • (Houses built with reinforced concrete): The maximum financing limit is 60,000 ♦ .

  • A copy of the applicant’s ID.
  • IBAN account number, certified by the Commercial Bank.
  • Statement of account for the last 3 salaries certified by the Commercial Bank.
  • A copy of the house’s deed from both sides (or a copy of the ownership contract if the house is owned by a commercial bank or company).
  • A copy of a valid restoration license from the municipality.
  • A certificate of contributory periods and wages whose issuance date does not exceed 60 days from Social Insurance website (if the applicant is subject to the Social Insurance system).

 

  • If there are heirs or partners; It requires sharing the following files:
  • Identity copies of all heirs or partners.
  • A copy of the inheritance registration instrument.
  • A waiver and power of attorney form certified by the mayor and the police and signed by all heirs or partners.
  • Copies of the identities of the witnesses who signed the waiver and power of attorney form.

  • A photo of the applicant's ID.
  • IBAN account number, certified by the Commercial Bank.
  • A detailed definition of the applicant’s salary, certified by the Chamber of Commerce, signed and stamped by the applicant’s employer, and the date of its signature not exceeding 60 days.
  • A copy of the house deed on both sides (or a copy of the ownership contract if the house is owned by a commercial bank or company).
  • A copy of a valid restoration license from the municipality.
  • A certificate of joint periods and wages for the applicant, the date of its issuance not exceeding 60 days from Social Insurance website.
  • A copy of the sponsor's ID.
  • A detailed definition of the sponsor’s salary, signed and stamped by the sponsor’s employer, and whose signature date does not exceed 60 days.
  • A certificate of joint periods and wages for the sponsor, the date of its issuance not exceeding 60 days from Social Insurance website (If it is subject to the social insurance system).

 

  • If there are heirs or partners; It requires sharing the following files:
  • Identity copies of all heirs or partners.
  • A copy of the inheritance certificate.
