The bank’s participation comes from several government agencies (the General Authority for Small and Emerging Enterprises, the Qassim Municipality, the Ministry of Agriculture, King Saud University, the Human Resources Fund, the Riyada Institute, the General Authority for Tourism, the Social Development Bank, and the Industrial Development Fund), and each agency provided services and mechanisms.
