Social Development Bank: Financing 165 tourism projects with more than 144 million riyals

The Development Bank, which is participating as a main sponsor in the forum, announced a set of activities that aim to introduce the role that the bank provides in this field, and to hold workshops for those wishing to engage in the labor market in the field of travel and tourism, in order to raise marketing and commercial capabilities and develop their businesses. A number of Applicants received immediate approval for financing, while partnerships will be established through the commercial franchise program, as well as facilitating the issuance of licenses from the relevant authorities. The bank has financed 165 tourism projects worth 144,079,719 riyals.
The Delni Business Center will also participate, which is one of the programs of the Social Development Bank, which provides free training, consulting, and development programs to every person wishing to start a business activity, or develop an existing project according to a scientific methodology, mixed with the experiences of various consultants, ranging from financial, administrative, legal, and marketing. The bank’s participation comes out of belief in the importance of the forum and the opportunities it provides for communication with the public and companies, as investment in the travel and tourism market is a source of income for many countries of the world, an engine for their economies, and a major source of job generation, and contributes to expanding the small and medium enterprise system in the country, diversifying sources of national income, and achieving sustainable tourism development. Especially in light of the great support from the government.
More than 200 entities representing the public and private sectors participate in the forum, and it is an opportunity to access the Saudi market and communicate with investors and operators of tourism facilities and services, developers of tourist destinations, and learn about projects related to tourism and tourism companies.
