The Development Bank launches its first dialogue sessions (Development and Ithmaar).
On Wednesday, Shaban 2, 1439 AH, the Social Development Bank launched the first dialogue sessions of the (Development and Ithmaar) program in the Abha Chamber, which is concerned with discussing ways to integrate efforts in local economic empowerment and development, in the presence of the bank’s work team of assistants in the bank’s various sectors, such as projects, social loans, and savings. And shared services, Director of General Administration of Branches, Director of Public Relations and Media, and Director of Khamis Mushayt Branch. More than 12 participants from government agencies and the private sector participated in the first dialogue session, as well as representatives of the non-profit sector such as the Abha Chamber of Commerce and Industry, King Khalid University, the Human Resources Development Fund, the Coordinating Council of Associations in Asir, the Technical Coordination Council in Asir, the branch of the Authority of Tourism and Antiquities, the branch of the Ministry of Labor, and the branch of the Ministry of Labor. Trade and investment, the Badir Technology Incubator in Abha, the Asir Municipality, the General Corporation for Vocational and Technical Training branch, and the Riyada Institute branch in the Asir region. The session aims mainly to communicate and communicate with relevant parties, and to investigate opportunities for development and integration, in addition to examining local business opportunities that are economically viable for the community of male and female entrepreneurs, while the topics of discussion in the dialogue session (Development and Ithmaar) focused on sustainable development and the role of the bank and other parties towards it, and empowerment. Tools for social development and enhancing financial independence for individuals and families, in addition to the complementary roles between the bank and those entities in terms of achieving the assigned goals and ways to provide services to citizens, and creating initiatives, partnerships, and business development opportunities locally through joint cooperation to present and develop them, institutional excellence, and raising the level of quality performance. The bank aims to launch the (Development and Ithmaar) program to activate its vision of empowering social development tools by strengthening partnerships with the work system of service providers and relevant parties in the project sector, and to contribute to achieving excellence in government performance, which is one of the most important dimensions of the National Transformation Program. Through sharing with relevant parties the current business and future trends, it seeks to provide best practices that will raise the level of services provided to the bank’s customers.
