The Social Development Bank celebrates the issuance of more than a quarter of a million certificates to productive families.

The Social Development Bank celebrated the issuance of more than a quarter of a million productive family certificates in the presence of His Excellency the CEO A. Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Rashed and members of the Permanent Committee for Productive Families, in the presence of a large number of civil society organizations. The bank also held an accompanying exhibition for productive families benefiting from the bank’s services through their issuance of the Productive Families Certificate. During the ceremony held in Riyadh, His Excellency the CEO of the Social Development Bank inaugurated the launch of 91 events under the title “Al-Dar Market.” To empower productive families through seasonal sales outlets in all regions of the Kingdom coinciding with National Day, and to involve them in the largest national events characterized by mass and rapid spread, while 13 agreements were signed with the third sector worth more than 12 million riyals to empower productive families with financial and non-financial services. On the other hand, the Permanent Committee for Productive Families held its regular meeting for the year 2021, in the presence of its members from various government agencies, and the most prominent figures and statistics that occurred until August 2021 for financing productive families were discussed, as well as the national platform related to registering families in it, building capabilities, accessing markets, and saving for families. Moreover, specific initiatives were discussed and put forward, such as central kitchens, the Kafia Yam initiative, and the 91 Events initiative, which will be launched in conjunction with National Day under the title “Souq Al-Dar.” In conclusion, the members of the permanent committee organizing the work of productive families were honored for their efforts in achieving the goals of the regulation for the work of productive families, as well as honoring the sectors related to organizing the work of productive families in the bank.
