The Social Development Bank announced the launch of the “Nafs” program. The training tracks include learning about methods for exploiting and preserving local and international seasonal fruits and vegetables, basic pickling and drying methods and methods, adhering to the principles of food hygiene and safety in accordance with the international standard (HACCP), with training on methods of classifying and managing food stocks, and practicing the use of kitchen tools, all the way to...
