The unified government portal is one of the initiatives of the Social Development Bank to facilitate financing procedures for citizens

As part of the Social Development Bank’s initiatives during the Corona pandemic to facilitate and streamline the procedures that take place between the bank and government agencies, the bank revealed that it has processed more than 120,000 applications for social financing and self-employment clients through transactions received through the unified government agencies portal.

Through the portal, the bank deals with 780 agencies and branches of government agencies in all regions of the Kingdom, by authorizing 3,100 users in those agencies to conduct operations and complete forms related to the financing request electronically, as the bank is keen to open digital channels with government agencies with the aim of facilitating information exchange processes and improving and developing them. Digital services, automating them and accelerating the customer’s journey in applying for the bank’s financing products.

In the same context, the Executive Vice President of Social Finance, Mr. Sultan Al-Humaidi, honored the work team concerned with the government portal in the social finance sector, offering his thanks and appreciation to the team for the efforts made in serving the bank’s customers.

It is worth noting that the bank launched the government portal, which is one of the innovative methods and solutions that the bank offers to government agencies to complement the automation of all its procedures and facilitate the access of its products to those entitled to it through partner agencies in providing services that include processing applications and credits related to social financing that require review by the employer, such as ( Definition of salary - approval to deduct installments)
