  • A valid license from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development/National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development.
  • Approval of financing by the entity's Board of Directors
  • The entity must have an audited budget for the last two years.
  • The financial and credit situation of the entity must allow it to obtain financing.
  • Having an existing business that requires operational cycle financing.

  • A valid license from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development/National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development.
  • The association's bylaws.
  • Finance request letter.
  • Governance score report.
