A success story with the Social Development Bank, accompanied by a young woman who employed her degree to serve the country and the citizen after she returned to the homeland with a Bachelor of Science degree in radiology from South Bank University in London and is still continuing her scientific career to obtain a master’s degree in sound waves from Kings College in London, she started her project ( A complex of medical clinics) for an amount of 200 thousand riyals from the Credit Bank.
The main center project that is currently located in the city of Jeddah, in the Al-Hamra district, Palestine Street, in Nora Building, has started. It is a complex of specialized medical clinics since 2008. It provides diagnostic services to all segments of society, which includes imaging and diagnosis of x-rays, as well as imaging and ultrasound diagnosis to follow up on pregnancy and the fetus’s absence from congenital anomalies, and to diagnose gynecological diseases and infertility. As well as following up diseases of the urinary system, prostate and transplanted organs, in addition to photographing and diagnosing all diseases of the abdomen, blood vessels and endocrine glands.We have been committed from the beginning to our valued customers to provide a service characterized by quality in diagnostic imaging and accuracy of diagnosis, thanks to God, as the center has been accredited by the State of Australia, Canada and New Zealand to carry out radiological examinations and reports for migrant workers and Saudi students who are on scholarships to these countries.
The reason for choosing this project is that it is in my field of specialization and expertise, as well as to improve the provision of diagnostic health services at the highest international standards. The aim is to work to detect early diseases and avoid misdiagnosis, in addition to providing the best health care to the patient and managing his condition from the beginning according to his needs.
كThe beginning was like the beginning of any project owner who has the ambition, specialization, and experience necessary for the success of his project, and the first thing he needs is financial support to finance the project, and accordingly, I applied to the Social Development Bank in the Jeddah branch, and it was approved by them to support my project with the maximum amount of financing that I could get at that time, which is the amount of two hundred thousand Only Saudi riyals, and with the grace of God Almighty and with the support of the beloved country represented in financing the Credit Bank, I was able to start achieving my goal and I rented the site in the complex of clinics in Noura building, which is a prestigious, well-known and strategic location. There was an urgent need for a specialized diagnostic radiology center, as the administration and the owners of these specialized clinics welcomed me. Patients turn out to the center for huge moral, social and material support. Note that a committee from the Ministry of Health inspected the site, and it is the reference for all health facilities, as it approved the site, and the initial permit was issued to prepare and equip the headquarters and perform all pre-installation work for the X-ray apparatus, in particular. The center and the employment of specialized cadres with the highest scientific qualifications and long experience represented in the radiology consultant in the center and all its employees, and the final license was issued by the Ministry of Health - Directorate of Health Affairs in Jeddah Governorate, and permits to practice the profession were granted by the Medical Licensing Department for the private sector, and those were the stages that I went through Until the start of my current main project.
The first thing that came to my mind regarding the financing of the Credit Bank is that it is a blessed, halal and good financing that is not tainted by the usury mechanism that may appear in the financing of other parties, and its repayment is considered easy, as for the financing value specified by the bank for this project of mine, I had to express With a first step to establish and prove the importance and success of this project and its effective role in community service and contribution to the national economy, where I started with financing 200 thousand riyals, and I was able, thanks to God, to establish my project and operate it, and it should be noted here that, thanks to God Almighty, the entire financing for the first center of the Credit Bank was paid off after half the period had passed. Which is under construction and which I am preparing and will open soon, God willing.
One of my most important future goals that I am seeking in my own project now is to complete the preparation of the construction and renovations of the second private branch project to be, God willing, an integrated and distinguished diagnostic center for providing diagnostic radiology examinations of all kinds to complement and support the march of the first main center, and to be distinguished by providing accurate and urgent diagnostic service and care and to be a center equipped with the latest Advanced devices to provide integrated diagnostic services to detect and diagnose all diseases accurately, promptly and correctly.
I would also like to extend my deepest thanks and gratitude to the Director General of the Credit Bank, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hunaishel, for meeting us personally to see and discuss the obstacles facing the project, which he included with great and distinguished appreciation and attention from him and from all his distinguished management staff in dealing with them.
